- Who builds and manages InvoTax?
- InvoTax is built and managed by Ideal Solutions, a Qatari technology company delivering government-grade systems since 1998. The same team designs the product, engineers it, hosts it in Qatar and answers your support requests — it is not resold, outsourced or handed to a third party.
- Is InvoTax compliant with Qatar’s General Tax Authority?
- Yes. InvoTax prepares and validates every invoice against the General Tax Authority’s requirements and submits it to Dhareeba on your behalf, then keeps the compliant record and a full audit trail. You follow the submission outcome from one place instead of chasing it across systems.
- When does Qatar’s e-invoicing mandate take effect?
- The mandate is expected to take effect from 1 January 2027. Ideal Solutions begins demonstrations, integration and joint testing with customers from 1 October 2026, so you enter the mandate window already connected and tested rather than starting then.
- Do I have to replace my ERP or finance system?
- No. InvoTax connects to what you already run — there is no migration, no downtime and no retraining. You can connect in one of three ways: a copy-paste embed snippet, a webhook your platform already supports, or the REST API when you want full control.
- Which systems does InvoTax connect to?
- Oracle, SAP, Odoo, Zoho and in-house or custom systems, alongside operational platforms such as healthcare systems, hotel and property management, and real estate or construction software. A group can run different systems in different companies and still report together.
- Where is my tax data stored?
- Inside Qatar. Qatar’s National Data Policy classifies tax and B2B/B2G transaction data as highly sensitive and requires in-country storage, so InvoTax runs on Microsoft Azure in Qatar and on Ideal Solutions’ own in-country servers, with a fully on-premise option. Records are never replicated abroad, never used to train AI models, and never sold or shared.
- Is InvoTax available in Arabic?
- Yes. The entire platform is available in Arabic and English, with full right-to-left layout, and either language can be chosen at any time — including before you create an account.
- How much does InvoTax cost?
